Cancellation Policy
At ShalzFashion.com, our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If for any reason you wish to cancel any order, we are here to help you. You can cancel your order anytime until it has not been packed and dispatched in our warehouse from ShalzFashion site. Your order will be canceled instantly without any approval. This is also applicable to items purchased in sale. If the order has already been shipped from our warehouse, then you can refuse to accept the delivery and send it back with the same delivery representative. We will refund once item received in our warehouse for payment made online.
If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven't paid for your order. For payments made via online through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet etc. you will receive a refund as per Refund Policy.
How To Initiate the Cancellation?
Step 1: Goto Order History page and select the order number for which you want to raise a cancel request.
Step 2: Click on Cancel link, next to product you would like to cancel.
Step 3: Follow the screen, fill in the required details and submit the request.
