Can I register without providing any password?
Yes. You can skip the password option while registration. OTP will be sent to your registered email address and mobile number for login. You can later set your password from My Profile > Change Password.
What will happen if I forgot my password or my password does not work?
You can easily reset your password by providing your email address on Login screen (using Login/Register link) and click on Forgot Password.
Login/Register -> Your Email Address -> Login With Password -> Forgot Password
You can use [Login With OTP] option or reach out to us in case you face any issue.
Will I get notifications on new arrivals, deals, and discounts?
Yes. You will be notified about all the offers via emails sent to your registered email address. Make sure you have not disabled the SMS Alerts and Preferences settings under Notification settings.
By registering, will I automatically receive marketing emails from you?
You need to check/select the “Signup For Newsletter” checkbox while registering. You can also do it later by subscribing for Newsletter to receive updates, access to exclusive deals and more.
How can I change my password?
You can easily reset your password by login with your registered email address or mobile number and use either of the following options:

A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. You need to reach out to us in case you want to activate the same account again.
Do I need to provide my address every time, while placing my order?
No. You don’t need to type your address every time you place an order. All the addresses you have used while ordering will be saved into My Account ->My Addresses. You can select any of your previously saved address while ordering under Delivery Address section.
You can also modify your saved addresses and set your default shipping (delivery) address in My Account -> My Addresses.
What I do in case item is marked as Out of Stock?
We do all possible effort to keep all listed products in stock. However, there may be some time when unexpected demands exceed to our supply and item become temporarily out of stock. You can select Notify Me option on specific product page so that whenever your selected item back in stock, ShalzFashion will immediately notify you via Email / SMS.

How can I pay for my order at ShalzFashion?
ShalzFashion accepts multiple modes of payment such as Credit Cards, Debit Cards, ATM cards, Netbanking, Cash On Delivery (COD), Wallets. Besides these payment modes, you can also pay using ShalzFashion bonus credits.
Is Cash On Delivery (COD) option available in ShalzFashion?
Yes, Cash On Delivery (COD) option is available in selected pin codes.
How to check whether COD option is available on my selected product or not?
You can check Cash On Delivery (COD) option on every product page for your delivery pin code. Specify your delivery pin code and click “Check” option to find COD availability.
How can I confirm my Cash On Delivery (COD) order?
COD order will be confirmed instantly after providing the captcha values while placing the order. In case you face any issue then you can call ShalzFashion’s customer care.
Do I need to pay extra amount to avail Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option?
Yes. For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you need to pay some extra amount at the time of receiving the COD order at the provided address. The amount to be paid mentioned on the delivery package and it is the same price that is displayed while placing the order.
How does Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option works?
ShalzFashion's Cash on Delivery option allows you to pay order value at the time of delivery for all orders between Rs. 299 and Rs. 49999. To pay for any order using Cash on Delivery (COD) mode of payment, please select “Cash On Delivery” option on the payment page.
Cash on Delivery option is available only in selected pin codes. However, the COD limit may differ from customer to customer depending upon the order rejection percentage from a particular customer's registered email address or mobile number. For the avoidance of doubt, “Order Rejection Percentage” shall mean any undelivered orders, which are returned from the address provided by the customer even, after three successful delivery attempts. In the event of COD limit breach, your order will be canceled and you can place a new order using Pre-payment options only.
Further, the COD limit for any customer may get decreased to Rs. 24,999, Rs.1999, Rs.0 basis on order rejection percentage and can be reset to Rs.49,999 basis on Order acceptance percentage and number of prepaid orders placed, post limit decrease.
Why I am not finding Cash on Delivery(COD) option on my order payment page?
If you do not see Cash on Delivery (COD) option on your order payment page, this may be due to one of the following reasons:
- Your order value may be less than Rs. 299 or over Rs. 49,999.
- ShalzFashion courier partners may not support the Cash on Delivery (COD) option at your provided delivery pin code.
- You may have placed another order using the COD option, which is still pending delivery. If the amount of this order, when added to your current order, exceeds Rs. 49,999, then the COD option will be disabled temporarily.
What is my Cash on Delivery (COD) limit?
ShalzFashion reserves the right to determine the COD limit for every customer and/or orders. The COD limit includes any undelivered, unpaid orders and any new orders placed.
Why GST being charged on my order amount?
GST is a single tax on the supply of goods and services that is levy on every value addition (through production and services) and is added to a product's sale price. GST has to borne/paid by the ultimate consumer of the product or service. If your order is fulfilled on or after July 1st2017, GST will be applicable on your orders. GST subsumes all other taxes like Excise duty, VAT, Entry tax etc. GST may vary from product to product and in most of the cases, the amount mentioned for the product is inclusive of all taxes. For products where GST will be charged separately is highlighted on the product detail page.
What I do when my order transaction failed but amount deducted from my bank account.
The online transaction may fail due to some technical glitch or latency in the order confirmation. If the amount deducted from your account without order confirmation, please do not place a second order for the same product. Within 48-hours, your order will be automatically get confirmed in system & a confirmation message will be sent to your email address and mobile number. However, if your order is not confirmed or you get a payment declined message, please check with your bank for details or contact us. You can directly call ShalzFashion’s customer care.
ShalzFashion assured that your amount will be refunded to you in case of a failed order transaction.
How can I track my order?
You can track the status of your order from My Account ->Orders or Track Your Order option under the main menu of your Website/Mobile site/App.
ShalzFashion ensures the timely communication about the current status of your order via Email / SMS, when your order is confirmed / shipped / delivered.
Do I need to pay extra for shipping?
ShalzFashion provide free shipping on all orders above or equal to Rs. 499/- (excluding COD charges, Shipping charges, Gift Wrap charges, Taxes, Bonuses or any savings due to coupon or any other offer). For all orders below Rs. 499 (with exclusions as above), shipping charge of Rs. 50 will apply.
How my product(s) being packaged?
Each of your individual product(s) steam ironed and securely packaged in bubble wrap to ensure safe delivery to your doorstep. You can also select our exclusive Gift-wrap service while placing your order for gifting purposes.
How much I charge for shipping my product(s)?
You can check the shipping cost (if applicable) while placing your order. The amount that you pay while placing the order at ShalzFashion would include the product and shipping charges.
How long does it take to deliver my product(s)?
Usually, it takes between 3 to 5 days to deliver any product after it has been dispatched. It may vary depending upon your and seller's location pin codes.
ShalzFashion notifies you on your registered contact details via Email / SMS with the tracking number and courier/delivery partner details, once your order has been dispatched from the respective seller.
In case any of the seller unable to fulfill the order on time, ShalzFashion cancel your order and your refund will be processed.
Why I received partial order of multiple products?
Because your product(s) in an order may be shipped from different sellers so different delivery timelines will be shared with you separately. You can track the status of all your products from My Account -> Orders or Track Your Order option under the main menu of your Website/Mobile site/App.
Why my order not received yet, showing status out for delivery?
If the status is marked as “Shipped”, and is not delivered to you in the next 24 hours, kindly check with either courier company or contact us or call ShalzFashion's customer care.
What can I do if my product delivered to the wrong address?
In case, you discover that the courier company has delivered your package to the wrong address, you should immediately contact us or call our customer care. We will follow up with the courier partner and notify you at the earliest possible.
Why my order not delivered within the expected delivery date mentioned during order placement?
Delay in delivery may happen depending upon your shipping address, seller’s location, courier services, and unfavorable climatic conditions. Kindly wait for 48 hours or get in touch with our customer support team.
What I do in case I am unable to track my shipment from Courier Company?
As a process, Courier companies update the tracking number on their respective website after the shipment handed over to them. Sometimes, it takes up to 48 hours for the tracking number to get updated. If you have recently received the shipment details, we would recommend you to wait and track the status on the website after some time. Post 48 hours, if the tracking number still not updated, please contact us or call our customer care.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
You can request for change of address as long as the order is not packed and ready for shipment. If your order is not yet ready for dispatch, you can change your shipping address from My Account>My Addresses section or contact us or call our customer care. If your current order already been shipped, you can still update the address in My Account>My Addressesfor future orders.
Does ShalzFashion deliver internationally?
Yes, ShalzFashion delivers to international locations for limited products. ShalzFashion charge additional shipping charges for all international locations. Please contact us or call our customer care for more details.
What I do if no one was available at the shipping address when the courier person came to deliver the product?
ShalzFashion courier partner tried to deliver the order at your shipping address but not able to deliver it due to your unavailability. Please contact us or call our customer care to generate a new delivery request for you.
How do I ship a few items from my order to different shipping addresses?
ShalzFashion only processes one shipping address per order. If you would like to order several items and ship to different addresses then please place the order for those items separately.
How do I cancel my order, I have placed?
You can cancel your order anytime until it is not shipped for your provided shipping address. For every order, which is not shipped yet, you will see a Cancel option under My Account -> Orders. You can also check Track Your Order option under the main menu of your Website/Mobile/App and search for the order you have placed. In case you are not able to cancel any order from the 'My Orders' section, then you can refuse it at the time of delivery and refund will be processed into the source account, if the order amount was paid online.

How do I create a Return request for any order?
You can request a return of any product purchased from ShalzFashion within the specified return applicable duration (check duration on the product page), except for our non-returnable products or high-value products which can only be returned for a limited number of days.
You can create a Return request in three simple steps:
- Tap on My Account -> Orders or Track Your Order option under the main menu of your Website/Mobile site/App.
- Choose the “Return” option corresponding to the item to be returned.
- Enter the details requested and create a return request.
Keep the product in a packet but do not seal it. Please ensure the product is unused, unwashed with all the tags intact.
Please make a note of the Return ID that we generate at the end of the process. Keep the item ready for pick up or ship it to us basis on the return mode.
How do I create a Replacement/Exchange request for any order?
You can request a replacement/exchange for any product purchased from ShalzFashion within the specified return/exchange applicable duration (check duration on the product page), except for our non-returnable products or high-value products which can only be replaced for a limited number of days.
To Replacement/Exchange any product, please follow below simple steps:
- Tap on My Account -> Orders or Track Your Order option under the main menu of your Website/Mobile site/App.
- Choose the “Replacement” option corresponding to the item to be exchanged.
- Enter details requested and create a replacement request.
- Please make a note of the Replacement ID that we generate at the end of the process.
- Keep the product in a packet but do not seal it. Please ensure the product is unused, unwashed with all the tags intact.
- Hand over the original product to our delivery staff and receive your exchange item from him.
- Please ensure that you have the original item available with you at the same address, which has been selected for the delivery of the exchanged item.
- At any point in time, you can track the status of your exchange request under same order number in My Account -> Orders or Track Your Order.
What is No Question Asked or Easy Return?
ShalzFashion will ensure a quick, easy and seamless returns experience for you. Our delivery agents may perform a simple quality check at your doorstep and upon acceptance of the return, your refund will be initiated immediately.
Why my return being put on-hold despite No Question Asked Return Policy?
Here are some of the possible reasons when your return request put on hold or rejected, if:
- Return product(s) either altered or already used.
- Product(s) returned without Original Packaging (price tags, labels, accessories, etc.).
- Serial Number on return product(s) tampered.
- For Damaged/Missing product that is reported after 2 days of the delivery
- For Defective product that is covered under Seller/Manufacturer's Warranty or Reported after 10 days of the Delivery
- For Products sold under specific promotions, details of which would be mentioned in the Product page and Terms & Conditions page

How do I return multiple products from a single order?
You need to raise the return request of each product under same order number in My Account -> Orders or Track Your Order. Please ensure all returned products are unused, unwashed with all the tags intact.
Keep all the products in a packet but do not seal it.Our courier person will pick all the products from the pick-up address.
If you are self-shipping the products, you can ship all the products in a single shipment. Please mention the Return IDs for all the products on a single sheet of paper and place it inside the packet.
Does ShalzFashion pick up the return product from my location?
ShalzFashion pick-up the products from selected PIN Codes where it is serviceable.
In case ShalzFashion do not offer a pickup at your provided location, you need to send the item on our registered address and mail us the scan copy of courier receipt.
Why I Self-Ship the product for return?
ShalzFashion pick-up the products from selected PIN Codes where it is serviceable. If your area pin code is not serviceable for pickup, you need to self-ship the return item to seller’s address via any reliable courier partner. Please ensure to place a sheet of paper with the details of Order ID and Return ID for each item included in the package. For all self-shipped returns, ShalzFashion duly reimbursed the shipping costs.
Where do I self-ship the returns?
You can send the returned product(s) directly to the seller’s address you purchased the products from, details of which can be found on your order invoice.
Why my return request of the product(s) rejected?
This may happen, if your return product(s)either used or damaged or original tags are missing. ShalzFashion re-ship your return product(s) to your shipping address. For more details, you can call our customer care.

When I return or cancel any product, does GST amount charged also be refunded?
Yes. If you return any product where GST was charged initially then the same GST amount will also be refunded into your source account. However, no refund of GST shall be made in relation to Shipping, COD, Gift wrap charges collected from the consumer under the ShalzFashion policy.

How long would it take to receive the refund of the returned product(s)?
After the refund initiated by ShalzFashion as per the Return Policy, the refund amount expected to reflect in the customer account as per the following timelines:
NEFT: 3 to 5 business days post refund initiation
COD Refund: Instantly in ShalzFashion’s Refund wallet
Online Refund: 7 to 10 days post refund initiation, depending on your bank partner
Please note, ShalzFashion initiates the refund upon successful return pick up, or after the returned item has reached and quality check is successful. Therefore, the refund initiation time may vary by time taken by the courier partner to deliver the return to a ShalzFashion warehouse. In case of any refund discrepancies, ShalzFashion may at its sole discretion, request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement.
Can I use same coupon in multiple orders?
You can use any particular coupon code only once. ShalzFashion reserves the right to change or cancel any coupon promotion at its discretion.
When I can use any valid coupon?

Is there any discount capping on coupons?

By providing a referral code, your referee (friend) will receive ShalzFashion credits, which can be redeemed during checkout. You can check the referral code from your friend who is already registered on ShalzFashion.com.

What are the various ways to earn ShalzFashion credits?
There are various ways to earn credits like On successful registration, referring your friend, promotional events, etc.
Where ShalzFashion credits applicable?
Credits will be automatically deducted with limitations on your every purchase with ShalzFashion during checkout. With every order placement:
- Maximum 10% of available Signup Bonus credits can be claimed.

I have ShalzFashion credits in my account. How can I redeem them?
You can redeem your bonus credits only during order checkout on the Website/Mobile site/App. Your ShalzFashion credits are safe with us and you can redeem them in any order (unless credits have not expired). In case, you do not shop or don’t access ShalzFashion Website/Mobile site/App for long, still your available credits remain in your account, whenever you access again, you can redeem it.
What is Gift Wrap?
Gift Wrap is an exclusive service offered by ShalzFashion to send gift orders to your friends or family members. This is a paid service with a minimal charge of Rs. 25, which you can select while placing your order. ShalzFashion packed your item in high-quality gift paper with handwritten personalized message provided by you.
Do you send item price, discount, and payment information along with gift package to the recipient?
No. The external packaging slip/invoice will not include any pricing, discount, or payment information. However, the original product tag with the MRP will be intact on the products inside the package. You can download the invoice anytime under My Account -> My Orders option under the main menu of your Website/Mobile site/App.
Is there any discount on the Gift wrap charge?
No discounts are applicable to the Gift wrap charge.
Can I apply any coupon on the Gift-wrap charge?
No coupons are applicable on the Gift wrap charge.
Who can initiate the return request for a product I gifted?
Either you or recipient can initiate a request to return the gift item. The refund amount will be credited back to the source account from which payment was made. Please note that when you return an item, the gift wrap charges are not refundable.
