The refund process will only be initiated once we receive the item back into our warehouse and quality check is successful.
The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply in refund policy:
- The entire amount paid by you for the item(s) will be returned, depending on the mode of the payment used at the time of placing the order of that item. You will receive complete refund credits, once quality check is successful.
- If the payment mode was Cash on Delivery, we will refund the approved amount instantly into your Refund Account Wallet. Once the amount is credited into your Refund Account Wallet, you can use the entire credits to either buy a new item or request for credited back to your account.
- If the payment mode was other than Cash on Delivery, we will refund the approved amount into the same mode in which it was made within 7-10 working days from the time of request raised. You can also request a refund in your bank account, update Bank details under My Account > Bank Details For Refund. Please ensure that the details that you enter is correct as ShalzFashion will not validate provided Bank Account details and is not responsible for funds transferred to an unintended recipient.
- Shipping charges, Gift Wrap charges and COD charges are non-refundable, if it is chargeable. In case of Self-Return, we will reimburse the shipping charges only upto 10% of the item price or Rs.50, whichever is lower.
- In such cases where the pickup is refused or product is not returned and the money has been refunded to you already, ShalzFashion holds the rights to deduct the concerned amount from your Refund account depending on the mode of the payment of the item.
