Easy Return & Exchange Policy

At ShalzFashion.com, our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product(s), we are here to help you. ShalzFashion's easy returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange any items purchased on ShalzFashion.com for any reason within the specified return/exchange period.

Following are the Return/Replacement policy that is applicable on item category sold on ShalzFashion:

There are two ways to return the specific product(s) to us:

  1. Free Pickup: We offer free pickup service in most of our registered locations. You can see a pickup option while you are submitting a request.
  2. Self-Return: In case we do not offer a pick up at your provided location, you need to send the item on our registered address and mail us the scan copy of courier receipt. Kindly pack the item securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. We will credit the shipment costs in the form of credit points provided the item meets our return policy.

During free pickup, our delivery agent does a quality check on the returned item. Post successful pickup and item receive in our warehouse; we will initiate the refund process. Refer Refund policy for more details. If the pickup item does not pass the quality check then the same item will be shipped back to you.

If you opt to exchange any item for the reason of mismatch of size or any defect, then you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However, all the exchanges are subject to availability and shipping address being serviceable for an exchange. In order to exchange any item, our delivery representative will deliver the new item and simultaneously pick up the original item from you. If you wish to exchange your item with some other alternative item, we would suggest you to return it to obtain the refund and purchase the new item separately.

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to Return/Exchange policy:

  1. The returned item should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable). You are welcome to try on an item but take adequate measures to preserve its original condition and packaging box. Our delivery representative will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions not met.
  2. For open-box delivery, if you received a different or a damaged product, you will be given a refund (on the spot for cash-on-delivery orders). Once you accept the open-box delivery, no return request will be processed, except for manufacturing defects.
  3. In case of any manufacturing defect(s), please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product otherwise no request would be entertained.
  4. ShalzFashion will not be liable for the items returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different item is returned, ShalzFashion would not be accountable for any misplacement or replacement and is not responsible for its delivery back to the consumer.
  5. In case a purchased item has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you have to return the free gift/offer as well.
  6. Include in your return or replacement package, a signed letter stating the reason for your return or replacement and the original receipt.
  7. Return request will be automatically closed after 7 days from the initiation date, if the required/pending details have not been updated.
  8. Return or exchange not applicable on Pre-ordered or Customised Jewellery, Nosepins, Afghani Jewellery or any Jewellery on Offer.

How To Initiate the Return or Replace or Exchange?

Step 1: Goto Order History page and select the order number for which you want to raise a return request.

Step 2: Click on Return link, next to product you would like to return.

Step 3: Follow the screens, fill in the required details and submit the request.

Step 4: Our delivery representative will collect the item in original packet from you.

Step 5: Send the packet through a local courier to our warehouse and mail us the original receipt.
